How do I get paid?
Rent is mailed direct to you (from Tenant) or to someone that will make deposits on your behalf.
How do I pay for repairs?
If repairs are called in for your property, we will communicate all costs and allow you to make the decision on what needs repairing and connect you with the local repair service to work out payment.
